Seed & Stone Cannabis proudly introduced the first ever Splifflandia Cannabis Consumption Lounge at Rifflandia Music Festival in Victoria, BC. Being the largest music festival in Western Canada’s. Welcoming approximately 40,000 attendees each year and over 170 artists performing.

Working closely with the BC Liquor & Cannabis Regulation Branch (LCRB), Rifflandia organizers, and our partners at Songhees Nation, this activation marked a major step forward in responsibly integrating legal cannabis into large public events. Offering an alternative to alcohol, a safe and fun place to consume cannabis with welcoming vibes.

Splifflandia lounge provided a designated 19+ space where guests could consume legally and respectfully within a controlled environment. Trained staff, clear guidelines, and monitored entry ensured the experience remained safe, compliant, and comfortable for both consumers and non-consumers. Offering games, prizes, music and a fun environment!

In addition, Seed & Stone offered compliant on-site cannabis delivery access, allowing attendees to purchase regulated products through a secure distribution process, supporting safety, transparency, and reducing reliance on the illicit market.

This activation demonstrated how cannabis can exist alongside major entertainment events in a responsible and community-focused way. By working collaboratively with regulators and local partners, we continue to help shape the future of cannabis hospitality in British Columbia.
